Our Offensive Coordinator / Running Back Coach and Offensive Line Coaches started using Optimum grading this season and never plan to go back to our old player grading ways. Optimum grading has allowed our coaches to have a grading system that shows players their mistakes and allowed the coaches to have a data driven process to find the most productive players on the field. It has given our players a clear way see how they graded compared to their peers and they have become more competitive in trying to implement techniques our coaches want. The Gridiron Overall Grade and Effort Grades are easy to print and post so players can see how all the team members are doing. The player Transcript Report shows a coach and player his strengths and weaknesses, so the coach and player know what to focus on in film and practice.
